Develop high-level relationships with customers to achieve sales success, work independently, and have a successful track record in closing large customer contracts and developing strategic customer relationships.
Requirements
- Achieve regional sales, profit and revenue goals and objectives
- Drive client relationships & sales for ISEC scopes of work
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Utilize market data, trends and forecasting to qualify project leads
- Prepare and deliver formal Sales presentations to clients
- Facilitate bid proposal and document controls
- Develop an overall sales strategy by assessing project risks and logistics
- Negotiate on ISEC’s behalf for the best possible contract terms
- Provide pre-construction architectural assistance and budget support to clients
- Work independently to pursue development of new business prospects
- Assist in hiring, mentoring and coaching Business Development staff
