Senior Business Development Representative

Develop high-level relationships with customers to achieve sales success, work independently, and have a successful track record in closing large customer contracts and developing strategic customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Achieve regional sales, profit and revenue goals and objectives
  • Drive client relationships & sales for ISEC scopes of work
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Utilize market data, trends and forecasting to qualify project leads
  • Prepare and deliver formal Sales presentations to clients
  • Facilitate bid proposal and document controls
  • Develop an overall sales strategy by assessing project risks and logistics
  • Negotiate on ISEC’s behalf for the best possible contract terms
  • Provide pre-construction architectural assistance and budget support to clients
  • Work independently to pursue development of new business prospects
  • Assist in hiring, mentoring and coaching Business Development staff
