Growth Engineer (AI-Native)

As a Growth Engineer (AI-Native) at iTmethods, you will own high-velocity agentic GTM demand and growth across the company’s strategic product portfolio. You will design the strategy, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and ship the autonomous pipeline end-to-end. This is a high-velocity, initiative-focused role that operates at executive speed with direct line to CEO and CRO.

Requirements

• AI-native builder with experience shipping multiple production agent or LLM workflows
• Hands-on fluency with HubSpot plus Clay-class tools and ZoomInfo or comparable enterprise data platform
• Built and owned demand gen or growth at a B2B enterprise or regulated-industry SaaS
• Light code comfort with TypeScript or Python at read-and-modify level and JSON-LD and YAML at author level
• Track record selling into long, regulated enterprise cycles where trust is the gate
