Role Overview
The People Operations Generalist will own HR operations that require judgment, such as multi-state compliance, policy drafting, and payroll and benefits questions. The role will also involve rearchitecting HR ops processes with an AI-native mindset.

The successful candidate will own multi-state compliance, escalated payroll and benefits questions, and rearchitecting HR ops processes with an AI-native mindset.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of real, hands-on HR generalist experience
