Role Overview
The People Operations Generalist will own multi-state compliance, policy drafting, and escalated payroll and benefits questions. They will also have a real say in how AI fits into HR ops, spending less time on repetitive tasks and more time on judgment calls. The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on HR generalist experience and genuine in-house, multi-state compliance experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of real, hands-on HR generalist experience
- Genuine in-house, multi-state compliance experience
- Comfortable in a small, high-intensity team where you touch payroll, benefits, and compliance yourself
- Excited (not resistant) to build with AI
