Role Overview
The Coordinator, Cruise Product Operations is responsible for ensuring a seamless, accurate and optimized vacation booking experience within the booking ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain manual Flights + Cruise vacation bundles, conduct daily reviews of system error reports, optimize inventory availability, and assist the Customer Care team with executing manual itinerary changes.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- One (1) year of customer service or related experience
- One (1) year of Hospitality, Business, Technology or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative and positive attitude in a high-pressure team setting
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
- Must be able to pass a ten (10) year background check
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required
