The Integrated Marketing Manager serves as a strategic link between the corporate marketing team and franchisees, ensuring that localized marketing efforts reflect the JETSET brand and business objectives.

Provide support and consultation to franchisees, create and maintain local marketing guides, adapt national campaigns, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field or equivalent operations/franchise experience in lieu of a specific major
• 3-5 years of experience in field, local, or integrated marketing (franchise or multi-unit preferred)
• Experience in franchise, retail, or fitness/health industries preferred
• Strong understanding of sales-marketing integration and pre-opening campaign execution is a plus
• Proficiency in tracking marketing KPIs, performance analysis, and reporting
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to offer proper support while maintaining rigorous standards
• Project management and organizational skills, with experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
