Role Overview
Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists to achieve territory sales targets and account metrics. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver and exceed the Business Unit plan.
What You Will Do
Prepare account-based business plans, manage sales performance against forecasts and profitability targets, and contribute to special projects.
