Role Overview
Supports critical billing, contract, pricing, and revenue-related processes that enable sales execution within the Spine business. Contributes to operational excellence by ensuring accurate and compliant transaction processing, resolving billing and contract issues, supporting sales systems, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate revenue recognition and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Manage contract workflows, investigate and resolve pricing, billing, invoicing, and revenue discrepancies, partner with Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Contract Management, and other cross-functional teams, maintain data quality, and support reporting activities.

Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and partner with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with data and performing basic analysis
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
