The Business Intelligence Manager will lead the operation of the Business Intelligence Team, responsible for delivering analytical solutions using agile methodologies. They will work closely with the Data Architecture Team to ensure solutions are governed, sustainable, and meet business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in BI, computer science, econometrics, operations research, or statistics
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a BI, business, or data analyst
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to lead a team of Business Intelligence Analysts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage through influence
- Experience with agile methodology
- Ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams
