Requirements
- University Graduate (Commerce / Finance Background)
- Minimum 3-5 years’ industry experience in lease administration
- Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational, interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage accurate data
- Prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines
- Positive approach to meeting clients’ needs
- Good interpersonal skills to operate as a pro-active member of a small core team
