Role Overview
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving regional growth through partner-led marketing strategies and scalable demand generation programs. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and partner ecosystems, requiring strong cross-functional alignment and commercial thinking.
What You Will Do
Own the regional channel marketing strategy, lead and scale the Channel Marketing team, drive partner acquisition strategy, collaborate with Sales and Partner teams, oversee regional campaign performance, manage the regional marketing budget, and act as the key liaison across global marketing functions.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, UCaaS, or technology marketing
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams or regional marketing functions with measurable revenue impact
- Strong expertise in channel marketing, partner ecosystems, and indirect sales models
- Demonstrated experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep familiarity with marketing systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools
