Role Overview

What You Will Do

Lead a team of Solutions Engineers, coach and develop team members, partner with sales leadership, and oversee demo execution and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing or mentoring Solutions Engineers or similar technical pre-sales roles in a SaaS environment
  • Strong background in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and mid-market or enterprise deal execution
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable customer and business outcomes
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to design and scale processes, systems, and enablement programs in a fast-growing environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, TA workflows, or demo infrastructure is considered an asset
