What You Will Do
Lead a team of Solutions Engineers, coach and develop team members, partner with sales leadership, and oversee demo execution and customer engagement.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing or mentoring Solutions Engineers or similar technical pre-sales roles in a SaaS environment
- Strong background in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and mid-market or enterprise deal execution
- Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable customer and business outcomes
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to design and scale processes, systems, and enablement programs in a fast-growing environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, TA workflows, or demo infrastructure is considered an asset
