Role Overview
This role sits at the center of a global digital demand generation engine, driving measurable pipeline impact across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting channels. You will own the execution and optimization of multi-channel paid media programs that directly influence lead generation and revenue outcomes.
What You Will Do
Manage daily execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, display, and programmatic retargeting. Optimize budget allocation and bidding strategies to improve CPL, ROAS, and overall pipeline impact.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in paid digital marketing, managing multi-channel performance campaigns
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with additional experience in Microsoft Ads
- Experience supporting both paid and organic social media strategies in a B2B context
- Solid analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data, attribution models, and funnel metrics
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and UTM tracking best practices
- Understanding of AI-driven changes in search behaviour, including AEO, GEO, and zero-click search trends
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, GRC, compliance, or risk domains is an asset
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with a proactive and structured working style
