Role Overview
This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling the global Revenue Operations function that powers end-to-end go-to-market performance. The position sits at the core of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data, ensuring alignment across systems, processes, and revenue-driving teams.
What You Will Do
You will define the operational backbone that supports forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance analytics across a complex, multi-product organization. You will also lead AI-driven transformation initiatives across GTM workflows to improve efficiency and unlock new revenue insights.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations leadership roles
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and optimization within complex revenue organizations
- Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau or equivalent platforms
- Proven track record of leading GTM transformation initiatives, system integrations, and operational scaling
- Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue lifecycle, including lead-to-cash and monetization processes
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, working closely with CRO, COO, and CFO-level leaders
