What You Will Do
Analyze sales data to identify trends, improve pipeline performance, and provide actionable insights that support business growth. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.

Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Python, or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM best practices, and performance metrics
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; knowledge of workflow automation tools is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments in support of sales and revenue objectives
