Role Overview
This role sits at the core of a high-growth revenue organization, acting as the operational backbone that enables predictable, scalable, and data-driven sales execution. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to bring structure, clarity, and discipline to the entire revenue funnel, from pipeline creation through forecasting and renewal.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for building and maintaining the operational rigor that enables accurate forecasting, efficient pipeline management, and scalable revenue growth. You will analyze pipeline health, deal progression, win rates, and sales velocity to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.

Requirements
- Strong experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Proven ability to build structure, drive alignment, and improve sales performance through data and process
- Strong background in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis
- Experience with territory design, quota setting, or coverage modeling
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and reporting tools such as Looker or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex sales data into clear insights and recommendations
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Systems teams
- Ability to build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and operational cadences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence Sales leadership and stakeholders
- Strong business judgment, attention to detail, and comfort operating in fast-paced environments
