Role Overview

What You Will Do
Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract closing. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, targeted campaigns, and creative prospecting strategies.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing the full B2B sales cycle with consistent quota achievement
- Proven success in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and acquiring new business opportunities
- Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with longer sales cycles
- Ability to build a sales pipeline from the ground up through strategic and targeted prospecting
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Consultative selling expertise, with the ability to diagnose business challenges and create customized solutions
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales technology platforms
- Ability to sell effectively in both French and English
