Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive growth within the rapidly evolving payments and fintech ecosystem. In this role, you will lead strategic business development initiatives, cultivate relationships with enterprise clients, and manage complex sales opportunities from prospecting through closing.

What You Will Do

Own the full B2B sales cycle, managing opportunities from outbound prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and successful handoff. Develop and execute strategic outbound sales initiatives targeting key decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market organizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a strong focus on payments technology, fintech, or closely related industries
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to build persuasive business cases
  • Excellent understanding of payment technologies, financial services, or adjacent sectors such as mobile applications or gaming
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions for diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of professional experience and demonstrated sales success
