Role Overview
This is a high-impact, embedded communications leadership role supporting a major global client within a complex, matrixed environment. You will act as the central owner of all member-facing communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment across every touchpoint.
What You Will Do
Own and manage the full lifecycle of member-facing communications across all channels, lead communications strategy and planning, serve as the primary communications lead for a dedicated global client, and partner closely with client stakeholders.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or client-facing content strategy roles
- Proven ability to own multi-channel communications strategies across high-volume environments
- Experience working in client-embedded or account-based roles
- Strong editorial, messaging, and content development skills
- Experience using engagement analytics and performance data to inform communication planning and content optimization
- Familiarity with enterprise communication tools
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- High attention to detail with strong QA, proofreading, and brand governance capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
