Role Overview

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving expansion and new business pipeline across the organization’s most strategic enterprise accounts. The role blends strategy and execution, requiring both vision and hands-on involvement in key accounts.

What You Will Do

Own expansion and new business pipeline generation across top strategic accounts, build and scale a new account-based growth marketing motion from the ground up, and drive cross-functional execution by influencing and coordinating product marketing, field marketing, digital, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Proven track record of influencing or owning pipeline targets in complex enterprise environments with high average contract values
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand how enterprise deals are created, influenced, and closed through multi-stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working directly with senior revenue leaders as well as Sales and Customer Success teams in account-focused environments
  • Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear, actionable account strategies that can be executed cross-functionally
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared growth objectives
  • Comfortable operating hands-on in early-stage motion building before dedicated teams, processes, or scale are in place
  • A mindset focused on experimentation, iteration, and building repeatable growth systems from scratch
