The role blends strategy and execution, requiring someone who can design account-based growth motions while also rolling up their sleeves to run early-stage programs directly within top-tier accounts.

What You Will Do

Own enterprise growth marketing strategy across top-tier customer and prospect accounts, driving expansion and new business pipeline creation. Build and operationalize an account-based growth motion from the ground up, testing, iterating, and scaling high-performing plays.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Deep exposure to enterprise ABM, demand generation, or strategic account growth
  • Proven track record of influencing or owning pipeline generation for high-value enterprise accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of enterprise deal cycles, multi-threaded buying groups, and revenue progression
  • Experience partnering directly with senior sales and customer success leaders on complex account strategies
  • Ability to translate ambiguous account opportunities into structured, executable marketing plans across multiple teams
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority across marketing, product, and revenue organizations
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and building scalable motions from early-stage experimentation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and internal leadership effectively
