Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to lead impactful field marketing and event programs that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified demand, and support revenue growth. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of conferences, partner events, executive gatherings, and integrated marketing campaigns while collaborating closely with sales, alliances, and marketing teams.
What You Will Do
Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse portfolio of field marketing initiatives, including conferences, trade shows, customer events, executive dinners, partner activities, and roundtables. Manage multiple events simultaneously from initial planning through execution, including budgeting, vendor negotiations, logistics, onsite coordination, and post-event analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of B2B field marketing or event marketing experience, ideally within the technology industry
- Demonstrated success managing multiple events simultaneously with strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Experience overseeing event budgets, vendor negotiations, and third-party relationship management
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, partners, and external vendors
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, and modern marketing technology platforms is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing external suppliers and service providers
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25–30% based on business requirements
