Senior Solutions Engineer, AI Data & Model Evaluation Solutions

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to help design and scale advanced AI data and model evaluation solutions for sophisticated technology customers. This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, solution architecture, customer engagement, and business strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Technical Pre-Sales, AI Data Services, ML/Data Operations, Enterprise Technology, or related fields
• Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles involving technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
• Ability to transform unclear customer challenges into structured requirements, solution designs, proposals, and delivery plans
• Experience with discovery processes, RFP/RFI responses, pilot programs, proposals, and customer presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance customer expectations, quality, feasibility, timelines, costs, and business impact
• Experience with AI, machine learning, data services, model evaluation, annotation, transcription, localization, LLM evaluation, RLHF, or post-training workflows is preferred
• Experience working with AI labs, enterprise AI teams, research organizations, or AI-focused technology companies is a plus
• Familiarity with human-in-the-loop workflows, multilingual data, speech/audio solutions, quality frameworks, or benchmark development is desirable
• Experience designing proof-of-concept programs or working with global delivery models is an advantage
