Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst, Deal Desk

Role Overview

This is a high-impact strategy and operations role supporting a fast-paced Deal Desk organization and helping improve sales execution at scale. The role combines financial analysis, systems management, reporting, automation, and cross-functional project execution. You will work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Legal, Operations, and technology teams to optimize commercial processes.

What You Will Do

You will help modernize Deal Desk workflows through AI-enabled tools and process automation. Your work will improve deal velocity, pricing visibility, data quality, and decision-making for sales leadership. You will also support leadership in identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI-powered tools that modernize Deal Desk workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, or a related analytical go-to-market function
• Strong analytical and financial capabilities
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience working with business and sales technology platforms
• Experience supporting discounting or commercial strategies
• Familiarity with AI technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams
