Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product or services-based sales, preferably within a technology or cybersecurity organization
  • Experience selling to public sector customers, particularly federal government organizations, is preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and successfully developing territory and account expansion strategies
  • Experience managing complex, multi-year sales cycles involving hardware, software, services, consulting, and security solutions
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance markets, and competitive landscapes
  • Ability to translate business objectives into cybersecurity strategies and solutions that address client risks
  • Experience engaging and coordinating cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, technical support, and service delivery teams
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create productive partnerships with senior client executives and business sponsors
  • Experience selling consulting services and managed security solutions is a strong advantage
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
