Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing
- Significant leadership experience in scaling growth functions within e-commerce or subscription-based businesses
- Proven success managing large-scale paid media budgets
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and related performance marketing ecosystems
- Deep analytical capability with experience working with large datasets
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and influence senior leadership through clear communication and data-driven storytelling
