Role Overview

This is a high-impact client-facing strategic role focused on managing and growing relationships with enterprise-level accounts in the human capital management space. The role blends consultative account management with hands-on problem solving across complex operational and HR challenges.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary advisor for key clients, aligning HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions with their broader workforce strategy. Develop and maintain client-specific HCM strategies aligned with workforce planning, operational goals, and business priorities.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in HR operations, payroll, benefits, tax, compliance, and workforce management solutions
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with executive-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success managing complex client portfolios and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of HCM platforms, HR technologies, and enterprise service delivery models
  • Experience identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue expansion within existing accounts
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability
