Role Overview
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will build strong, long-term relationships with enterprise customers and drive growth through strategic account development. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their solutions while identifying opportunities for expansion and business impact.

Manage key accounts across European markets, collaborate with internal teams, and support customers through product demonstrations, renewals, upgrades, and new opportunities.

Requirements
- University degree in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, strategic account management, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a consultative approach
- Experience managing complex accounts and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence delivering product demonstrations and explaining technology solutions to customers
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused mindset with strong business judgment and problem-solving skills
