Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales cycle, helping organizations understand, evaluate, and adopt advanced cyber resilience and data protection solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar roles within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure including virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud security concepts
  • Experience designing and delivering SaaS solutions, including backup, recovery, data protection, or cybersecurity platforms
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience conducting discovery, solution design, and value-based presentations
  • Ability to build and execute POCs and demonstrate technical value to enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), APIs, and modern cloud-native architectures is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior executives
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel up to ~25% as needed
