Role Overview
Act as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for enterprise clients using advanced advertising and measurement platforms. Bridge the gap between clients and internal product, engineering, and data teams to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and ongoing success.

Manage onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support across adtech and measurement solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into technical deliverables and scalable solutions. Oversee technical integrations and platform configurations.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, pre-sales, or post-sales support within the adtech or digital advertising ecosystem
- Strong hands-on expertise with digital marketing and analytics platforms including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Microsoft Advertising
- Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with the ability to query and analyze data using SQL
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities with high attention to detail in data interpretation and problem resolution
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across product, engineering, and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve productivity, documentation, and technical workflows
