The Marketing Operations Specialist leads complex market research and analytics initiatives to support strategic marketing and business decisions, evaluating the effectiveness of current marketing efforts and providing data-driven insights to improve product and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience in managing large datasets, reporting tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, campaign measurement, and lead lifecycle management.
