Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated leader with strong strategic and sales skills to lead and develop our regional sales team.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include leading and controlling the sales area, expanding and securing the market share of Johnson Controls in the East Germany region, and developing and expanding new and existing business contacts.

Requirements
- completed university studies in business administration with a focus on sales or completed technical studies or completed vocational training with several years of work experience
- at least 5 years of leadership and sales experience (preferably in the solution business or construction industry)
- strong leadership skills, as well as experience and success in coaching and performance management, especially in the GU field and project business
- excellent regional market and customer knowledge
- experience in the strategic development of a sales area and the development of sales strategies
- excellent presentation and convincing communication skills
- a high level of reliability and sense of responsibility
- a secure and self-assured appearance, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills
- good knowledge of modern IT and CRM systems, especially Salesforce
- very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
- travel readiness is a must
