The Vertical Growth manager Marine Detection Systems & CCTV is accountable for driving sustainable global growth of Detection, CCTV and video surveillance solutions across naval, maritime defence, coast guard, and commercial marine sectors.
Requirements
- Establish a dedicated commercial owner for detection in EMEA
- Monetise the installed base through retrofit, upgrade, and obsolescence programmes
- Lead the market introduction of the new detection panel
- Engage directly with owners, operators, and selected yards
- Generate qualified demand and leads, passing executable opportunities to the appropriate front‐line sellers in the UK, Europe, or APAC
- Support and enable regional marine sales teams without creating channel conflict
- Create training material for the wider FLS.
- Develop adjacency opportunities into service and CCTV
