JOLT is seeking a Group Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, growing market share and revenue, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in media or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in sales or advertising within out-of-home and/or digital advertising platforms
- Established industry relationships
- Proven track record of new business development and achieving revenue targets
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex sales environments
- Proficiency in using CRM software (including Salesforce)
- Flexibility to travel interstate as required
