Role Overview
Lead Judi Rx’s Underwriting Data Analyst team in day-to-day operations, manage team members, and contribute to infrastructure development. The team supports underwriting for new business opportunities and recontracting of current clients.
What You Will Do
Collect, clean, process, and analyze pharmaceutical data to support underwriting and sales teams. Troubleshoot and customize infrastructure code, create custom code, and provide ad-hoc analytics support.

Requirements
- Undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a quantitative social science
- 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis
- 1+ year of experience in managing direct reports
- 1+ year of experience working with pharmaceutical claims data
- Expertise in SQL for data transformation and data analysis
- Proficiency in Python and R
- Working knowledge of ETL fundamentals and experience working with cloud-based data warehouses
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under a frequently shifting work queue
- Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily
- Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high-quality work products
