We are seeking a student in a Master’s degree in Human Resources, with a specialization in data analysis, social control management, or compensation and benefits, for a one-year internship starting in September 2026. The intern will work in close collaboration with the HR Performance Manager, as well as with the payroll and social control teams, and will contribute to the validation, exploitation, and valorization of social data, as well as to the improvement of HR follow-up tools.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, social control management, data analysis, compensation and benefits, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR management, social data, and reporting
- Experience in a stage or internship on HR, data, social control management, SIRH, or C&B is appreciated
- Comfortable with Excel and want to develop skills on data visualization tools, particularly Power BI or equivalent
- Familiar with AI uses as a tool for analysis, automation, and HR performance
