Revenue Operations Manager

Challenge and Perspective

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you are responsible for further developing and optimizing our Go-To-Market processes and systems. You ensure that tools, data, and processes work together optimally and create the foundation for scalable growth.

  • End-to-end responsibility for our CRM (HubSpot): structure, data quality, automations
  • Optimization of processes along the revenue cycle (lead management, pipeline, renewal, upsell, forecasting)
  • Building and maintaining our Revenue Tech Stack including automation and enrichment tools
  • Ensuring clean data flows between CRM and Finance (invoicing, revenue recognition, controlling)
  • Responsibility for deal lifecycle data: contract terms, renewal logic, ARR/MRR tracking
  • Creation of reports, dashboards and forecasts
  • Proactive identification of process gaps and cross-functional coordination
  • Operational and strategic development of Sales / Revenue Operations

Personality and Qualification

  • Several years of experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Very good understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and modern Go-To-Market tech stacks
  • Practical experience with automation tools (e.g. Clay, Lusha, Zapier)
  • Experience in process optimization, automation, data analysis, reporting and forecasting
  • Interest in AI-driven workflows and data-driven lead generation
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, Churn, NRR) and their impact on reporting and controlling
  • Structured work approach, analytical thinking, communication skills
