GTM Engineer

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, RevOps engineering, or similar roles in SaaS
• Salesforce Familiarity: Understanding of the Salesforce data schema and its integration capabilities
• Strong fluency in SQL; experience working with Snowflake, dbt, or similar ELT frameworks
• Experience working with APIs and automating workflows via Python, JavaScript, or tools like Claude, Zapier, n8n, Clay, and/ or Airtable
• Comfort working across multiple tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Gong, etc.) and building integrations
• Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
• Familiarity or hands-on experience integrating LLM-powered tools into operations
• Clear, concise communicator with the ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams
• The ‘Front Line’ Advantage: Kudos if you transitioned from a pure sales or customer-facing role into a technical operator/engineer
