kaiko.ai is building a next-generation agentic clinical AI assistant that helps clinicians reason across patient data, guidelines, and diagnostics. As a Commercial Partnerships Specialist, you will drive commercial growth for kaiko’s solutions in Swiss hospitals by translating customer needs into compelling value propositions and successful implementations.
Requirements
- 2 – 8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, tech consulting, customer success, solutions consulting, or other customer-facing roles in a cloud/SaaS environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (clinical, IT, procurement, management) and build trusted relationships
- Solid technical understanding and curiosity – you can grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly
- Fluency in (Swiss) German and English is mandatory; French is a strong plus
