The Marketing Manager will partner with the Marketing Director and franchise marketing teams to drive sustainable sales growth and strengthen brand equity across 7 diverse North Asia Franchise Markets. The role involves developing commercially impactful and culturally resonant marketing strategies, guiding and steering franchise teams, and delivering in key performance indicators such as Same Store Sales Growth and Operating Profit.
