We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to partner closely with a Senior Executive within our Customer & Growth portfolio, supporting leadership team coordination, actions, and deliverables, and maintaining strong engagement with stakeholders and customers in a fast‐paced, high‐performing environment.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Senior Executives in complex, fast‐moving organisations
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- A proactive, action‐oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‐building capability
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing briefs and synthesising information
