Role Overview

As an Inbound Growth Specialist, you will be the first human touchpoint for a high volume of inbound demo requests and free Klaviyo accounts. You will provide fast, high-quality first interactions with Klaviyo’s smallest accounts to create a seamless experience from first touch through purchase.

What You Will Do

You will field inbound demand via phone, email, and other channels, run consultative demos, and own a high-velocity pipeline to maximize new logo acquisition.

This role is a proven stepping stone into Account Executive and other closing roles in sales, while also opening doors into other go-to-market paths such as customer success, marketing, enablement, or operations.

Requirements

  • previous academic, work and/or internship experience with some transferable skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 6 months+ experience in business development is a plus, but not required
  • proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
