Role Overview
As our new (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing, prioritizing, and further developing our performance marketing channels. Your focus will be on operational campaign management as well as strategic further development of our performance logic.
What You Will Do
You are responsible for the overall management and further development of our PAID performance marketing activities with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. You will develop our performance marketing strategy, lead optimization measures, and optimize target group, funnel, and retargeting strategies.

Several years of experience in performance marketing in the e-commerce environment or on the agency side with operational and strategic responsibility for budgets. Very good knowledge in planning, controlling, and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads / Social Ads, Criteo, TikTok Ads, Native Display Ads, Google Display Ads.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in performance marketing in the e-commerce environment or on the agency side with operational and strategic responsibility for budgets
- Very good knowledge in planning, controlling, and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads / Social Ads, Criteo, TikTok Ads, Native Display Ads, Google Display Ads
- Experience in dealing with larger advertising budgets
- Very good understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and performance metrics
- Experience in data-based analysis and optimization of campaigns
