We are seeking a Category Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Category Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for Toys, Family, Entertainment and Supplier Funded—driving commercial growth through insight-led marketing and impactful campaigns.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ marketing and communications experience in retail, Licensing, FMCG or a major brand environment
- Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic category marketing plans that drive measurable growth
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate insights into impactful actions
- Experience in leading a team by providing clear direction, coaching and guidance
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data and insights to inform decision-making
- Highly developed planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
