Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Centralized Sales Manager – KSA (Volume Business) to lead a team of sales specialists across KSA to ensure standardization, pricing & escalation, margin control, efficiency and risk management in the service volume business.
What You Will Do
Build and implement a centralized sales & contracts renewal framework across all regions, manage and develop sales specialists, and lead commercial evaluation for key tenders and large deals.

7–10 years in Sales management or commercial roles, experience in managing multi-location teams, strong exposure to KSA market, and strong understanding of Sales, Pricing models and Risk assessment.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or related field
- 7–10 years in Sales management or commercial roles
- Experience in managing multi-location teams
- Strong exposure to KSA market
- Strong understanding of Sales, Pricing models and Risk assessment
- Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong Experience with CRM / ERP systems
- Strong leadership and team management
- High ownership mindset
- Ability to push back on sales when needed
- Cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Finance, Legal)
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
