Requirements
- Graduate degree
- 18-36 months of experience in loans or customer service
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good writing skills and strong communication abilities
- Flexible to work 24/7 (7AM-8PM, including Sunday/holidays)
- Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month
