Role Overview
The Lead – Asset Cross-Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by cross-selling asset products to existing and new customers. This role focuses on identifying opportunities within the customer base, collaborating with relationship managers and product teams, and building scalable cross-sell strategies to improve asset penetration and profitability.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute cross-sales strategies for asset products, identify cross-sell opportunities, work closely with sales and product teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- 15–25 years of experience in asset sales, cross-sales, or relationship management
- Prior experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, or wealth management preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional sales initiatives is a plus
