District/Customer Experience Field Specialist

Ensure implementation and execution of best practices to properly staff/schedule the best talent to support front-end operational initiatives. Serve as a liaison for associates, managers, district team and division Retail Operations in the administration and compliance of all Front-End operational competencies.

Requirements

  • Ensure implementation and execution of best practices to properly staff/schedule the best talent to support front-end operational initiatives
  • Serve as the district subject matter expert for front-end, AML applications and solutions
  • Conduct daily store visits, focusing on front-end customer service, best practices, identifying opportunities and defining processes for improvement
