Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager in Logistics & Supply Chain, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. You will lead customer business reviews, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include serving as the primary contact for contractual, commercial, and operational matters for assigned customers, leading customer business reviews, and implementing retention strategies.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Contract Management
- Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills
- Experience managing strategic customer accounts and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of warehousing, logistics operations, and supply chain processes
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English proficiency
