Team Lead People Operations

Role Overview

The Team Lead People Operations will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, from employee onboarding to exit, and will play a key role in shaping the HR transformation at Lanes & Planes. The successful candidate will have several years of experience in HR Operations or Personnel Administration, ideally in a tech or growth company.

What You Will Do

The Team Lead People Operations will be responsible for the entire operational Employee Lifecycle, including contract changes, parental leave, exits, and payroll preparation. They will also be responsible for optimizing existing processes, taking on HR projects, and passing on knowledge to colleagues.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in HR Operations or Personnel Administration
• In-depth knowledge of labor and social security law as well as payroll preparation
• Safe handling of HR systems (ideally Personio) and affinity for automation
• Structured, accurate working method, hands-on mentality, and joy in processes
• Very good German and good English
